Relaxation

A soft to medium strength oil massage that uses gentle strokes and kneading, with the aim of alleviating stress. Perfect for first- timers and those wanting to unwind.

Deep Tissue

Similar to remedial massage, this hard strength technique uses acupressure point techniques to relieve specific areas of chronic pain. Although sometimes painful, deep tissue aims at treating sore muscles, relieving postural pain and realigning muscular imbalances.
